I own Boise Housekeeping @ http://www.BoiseHousekeeping.com I have been using the contact form for 2 years now, but wondering if I should standardize a list of pricing and put it on the website and have them call me directly to set up service rather than me calling them. What's you opinion?

You ultimately have to test your methods, getting prospects to take an initial action is typically the biggest challenge, you could give some non binding general estimates on the site, something like "a typical residence for family of 5 may have a monthly cost of $xx. By not describing the number of rooms that typical family has you have more negotiation room for tailoring a plan for their house.

You ideally would be flexible to be able to have either party initiate a call, perhaps scheduled in advance, dedicated numbers that forward to your main number are relatively cheap, local being cheaper than toll free, though toll free do record the number of even those with ID blocking. You might be able to use a free Google voice number, which has voicemail with a recording and printed transcription send to your email address.

I have heard of service businesses having success using a very small yellow page ad offering "24 hour a day information number" dome with up to 15 minute long recorded pitches.
