All free sample sites are collecting information about you to sell. You take considerable privacy risk signing up for any of them. Probably a good idea to have an email account just for things like this, so your regular email is not constantly filled with spam.

I answered a free so called "health" drink ad got a free small bottle of alcohol did not kick it till 14 years later when I did Ramadan , why western booze pushers do not like muslims coz fasting works against their poisoning !
Used to be a christian ting , fasting for Lent , but with american imperialism , hollywood sheet peddling , licensed heterophobia and UK misandryst negligent teachers one has to learn the hard way !
