Who do I contact to complain about an advert?

I have Yahoo as my home-page on my PC and am repulsed by the CIF advert, featuring a vile, slimy squint-eyed creature which looms into view every few seconds. I'm not the only one who finds this at best, hugely irritating and at worst, absolutely sickening - so many people I know have commented on it. And furthermore, my small grandchildren are terrified by it. The thing is just HORRIBLE. And before anyone jumps onto the bandwagon of saying "Ah, it worked, because you noticed it" my answer is : I would NEVER buy CIF on principle. If the manufacturers have the bad judgement to consider this a worthy advert, then I have serious doubts about their capability to produce an effective product.

I am irritated daily by the terrified looking baby (poor thing) on protected advertising life insurance; talk about an over reacting message for a product that preys on peoples insecurities. Shan't be buying from them either.
