How do i write a journal entry on Deviantart?

Well I used to know how to do it before it was updated and the whole thing changed.
I want to do it on my phone but I can't find that 'new journal entry' button.
Please help?thanks.

Editing, deleting or composing a new Journal is only a few clicks away. Please read on to see how each is possible.

Edit


There are two ways to edit an existing journal you have posted. The first is to visit the journal tab on your userpage by clicking on the 'Journal' tab, located at the top of your userpage. Once on your journal page you can hover over an individual journal and click the edit pencil icon that appears. Once clicked a menu will appear with the option to "Edit this Journal Entry". Once selected you will be taken to the journal composition page or the Sta.sh Writer page to make the necessary changes. Once your changes are made please click the "Update Entry" button (found on the old journal composition page) or the "done" button (found on Sta.sh Writer) at the bottom of the journal to save your changes.

The second method would be to visit the journal page itself by clicking the journal title. Once on the journal page you can click the blue "edit" button found to the right of (or beneath) the journal area. This will take you to the journal composition page or the Stash Writer page where you can make the necessary changes and save as outlined above.

Lastly, you could visit the journal tab page as in the first method then select the "Edit Journal Entries" button near the top of the page. This will load a list of all the journal entries you have and you can use the "edit" link next to the journal title to edit the contents of that journal. Saving, again, is the same method as mentioned above.

Delete


In order to delete a journal you no longer wish please visit the journal page by selecting the journal title. Once on the journals page you can click the delete link found to the right of (or beneath) the journal area.

Compose


In order to compose a new journal you can make one of two options. The first would be to hover over the "submit" menu at the top of any deviations page. Once the menu is visible please select the "Write a Journal Entry" link and you will be sent to the deviantART Journal Composition page. Here you can compose your journal and once completed click the green "Publish Entry" button at the bottom of the page.

If you wish a bit more control over your composition without the need to remember formatting codes such as text bolding and drag and drop image sharing, you can use Sta.sh Writer to compose your journal. To get there please hover over the "submit" menu located at the top of every deviantART page. Once the menu is opened please select the "Sta.sh" link to be taken to your Sta.sh. When the page loads you can click the "Compose in Sta.sh Write" button in the top right of the page to be taken to Sta.sh Writer. From there you can compost your journal entry then submit it by clicking the green "Done" button at the bottom of the journal area or at the very top right of the page.
