Facebook Pages vs. Groups: Which is better?
If you were an organization that wanted to use Facebook to get information out, what are the advantages of using a Page compared to forming a Group? It is for a non-profit research organization that wants to use FB to find research volunteers, among other things. It seems that the key word search works better for Groups than Pages. (In fact, the key word thing doesn't seem to apply to Pages at all.) Advice, please?

Pages are much better. They don't take you to the friggin page when you join! Unlike groups -_-

Pages of course!! at least we don't get 38586043064389 annoying message from pages everyday.
BUT about the organization thing, make a group! |

Facebook groups are better because everybody can join in on the information.

I have searched all over the developers pages for face book. Face book makes no reference to keywords at all. From what I can gleam, you may have to develop this group with XML and load the keywords that way. BTW, after doing the research it looks like everything but obtaining e-mail address was an after thought with Face Book.
