my boyfriend payed out netflix account but its not working?

He just payed for it but it isnt letting us watch anything on our xbox or when I try to log in to out account on the computer. He logged in and payed from his phone so it works on there. But its not working anywhere else? Why?

Go on their website and chat with their support. They will tell you why. They're very understanding, nice to talk people and usually solve a problem immediately if they can.
