How on earth do I get Amazon Affiliate links onto my wordpress blog?
I've been trying for 3 days Smile

I copy and paste html into the code of my post and nothing happens and the code isn't there when I go into it again.

Do you think it's today with my wordpress theme not allowing it?

I would also like to add some banners etc onto my sidebars but I seem very limited with the widgets I can use. Any helps please?

I'm trying to monetise my blog: http://www.simoncrowedevotions.wordpress.com

There are wordpress plugins that make the process easier:

Commercial packages can scrape the catalog data feeds from Amazon to create many product pages automatically.

They don't have to buy the product you are promoting, you can get a commission if they buy anything, just making a poor imitation of the Amazon store is not always the best solution.

easy adsense works great for inpost coding.

wp adcodez widget is one that I use quite often in a sidebar or footer widget, it can handle js, php video and iframe coding as well as text

there is a great Amazon search widget, but it costs a few € however it is fully customizable to match your sites color scheme- it is called Amazon Comparezon
