how to get instagram followers fast and free?

I see some people on instagram have 100 followers one minute than have 5000 the next. I ask some how they do it and I asked my friend how he did it and he said he used something on paypal but did not pay a dime. Does anyone know how he did it? Or another way of getting hundreds of followers without having to really follow people and etc.

You could always do it the legitimate way. Have stuff other people find interesting. The more interesting your stuff is, the more followers you'll have, and you won't have to pay or follow anyone back.
