I won an auction for 2010 Italy long sleeve italy jersey (the same kind of jersey they used in the world cup). It doesn't have a name on it and I won it for nine dollars (the shipping is less than shown). Did I overpay for this item???

No I would not say you over paid. I would say it just about right for a used xl shirt worn by whomever bought it from the store. This is not a game worn jersey or one that was worn by a player. Just your basic fan jersey.

Nine dollars for a fan jersey? Nah, sounds like you paid a good price, even a low one. Fan Jerseys usually sell for about $20 to $40 in stores.
