helpppppp. my internet wont open?
when I open up my internet on my laptop (Windows 8 hp) it says, "Internet Explorer has stopped working". so I cant download anything to fix this because I would need internet explorer to do so. Help please Smile thank you

download Firefox installer from http://www.firefox.com. (from another device/PC)

Make sure it's a full installer (not online installer).

Put that file on a USB stick and try installing the browser from there
in your other computer.
