Belkin router will not activate security?

Belkin router will not activate security?
When going to my Belkin wireless passphrase through WPA-PSK, i apply settings after selecting everything, But my security mode changes from WPA-PSK (what I applied the changes as) back to Disabled, it will not save my security settings and stays disabled.
