I want to know which is better CMS and get rank early to optimize a website..

As per SEO both are good. But wordpress is easy to use and easy to learn. There are lots of free plugins available in wordpress which is not true for Drupal. I am using Wordpress for all of my website.

Both are good. But WP site are hacked very frequently. Drupal, is more safe and more solid. Also - it uses less hosting resources.

Both drupal and wordpress are good and if you do right seo then both can be ranked well

I would also lean more towards drupal since I think drupal sites have a slight edge over wordpress
