Is there anyway to get it unbanned?

Facebook wants all 'Businesses' to create single pages using their special site for just pages. Creating an account with a fake name or when you've already got another account will most likely result in your account being disabled.

Unfortunately, there's no way to re-enable or get unbanned so your Photography page is lost. Might I suggest creating the page on your personal account through the sidebar. This will not only keep you from getting banned but also advertise your page to your friends.
