what if itunes get hacked and is down serval days or weeks?it would be very similar to sony playstation network outage.also lots credit data would get stolen.would it be diaster for apple,if that happen

I don't see that the question here.

Apple is a very unlikely candidate to get hacked. Apple is VERY secure as a company and if it did get hacked, I'm sure they have protection in place to handle it. PSN was hacked because of insecurities and flaws, and failure to shut down the opening before the information was stolen.
As for the credits, those would be easily refunded and since they have no actual physical cash value, there's no issue there.
Even if the hacker went crazy and downloaded a bunch of music, it's just music.
