Why am I always on my ex's Twitter page? How do I stop this annoying 'addiction'?

My ex-girlfriend left me in May 2013 for another boy for no reason - seriously she just left me and always made excuses in the final stages of our relationship to come and meet me. I used to message her when she broke up with me but that has stopped. She obviously doesn't have any feelings, after everything I have done, seriously I am not being cocky. You just feel like "I spent so long making you happy, loving you, for you to leave me for another boy?"

But I have one problem: I am (probably everyday) on her Twitter profile, no point unfollowing her because he account is not private. And even if you deactivate Twitter you can still see people's accounts (if they're not on private). Why am I always on her account? I don't want to be, I want to forget her and remove her from my head because she's a fake (in terms of personality). We were in a relationship for about 6 months and I'm 17 BTW, would I move on? How do I stop going on her Twitter page? It is so annoying.

1:You still love her.(Stating out the obvious)
2:You can't get over her unless you WANT to.
3: You're saying you can't,but you don't want to.
4:I'd probably..stay off twitter or whatever site you may see her,for about..a couple of weeks or months.
5:Moving on is hard,but it's the little steps that help you reach there.
and 6: Think of how much she never cared about your relationship.It'll help you be determined in moving on.
