Small Business Advertising Advise?

I'm going to do a target area mail out to advertise my new business and wanted some feed back on what is better.
Is a one page flyer outlining prices, services, contact info, etc or a tri-fold brochure with more detail the way to go?
It's going to be a landscaping business so wondering if people would take the time to read a brochure where a flyer is simple/ to the point?

Flyer with basic info, offers and a phone number to contact you directly.

This is a great idea about using a flyer that is only one page with all of your information. However, to also look serious and professional you will need to promote your business website so you can increase the amount of traffic to it.
