I can't get rid of this Search Engine?

I use Google Chrome so typically, I use Google as my Search Engine homepage, but there's another tab that pops up with a different search engine called "Search Browsing". I've tried getting rid of it by going on Settings > Search > Manage Search Engines, but there's no sign of it being there. I don't know how else to get rid of it so any advice would be much appreciated.
I've just explained in my question that I've already tried this and it's not there in the "Manage Search Engines" but yet it still comes up in another tab.

It might be a virus such as delta etc what might be the best thing either uninstall and reinstall chrome. What happened to my oda half was his laptop had delta virus so we jus set the laptop to factory settings and it went good luck.
