How to know if a product on ebay is really new?

So I am new to ebay and all!! How do I know if the condition of anything there is as they state it. How does it work there??

If it isn't in the condition they state, you leave negative feedback and you can complain to Ebay about the seller.

In over 10 years of using Ebay, I've only been scammed by 1 seller. I complained and received a full refund (including shipping!).

It's important you check the seller's feedback ratings. Obviously if someone has a low percentage, you wouldn't want to trust them.

Like many online stores, you should look at their feedback scores and the amount of stars received to determine if they could be trusted.
If seller states the condition of the item it should appear within the description as such:

WALLET BOOK FLIP PU LEATHER CASE COVER CARDS SLOT POUCH FOR NEW MOBILE PHONES
Item condition: New
Quantity: More than 10 available
Price from: GBP 3.79

Sometimes it is not entirely true if you buy from an asshole - I have faced this issue before from a seller with a feedback score of over 2000. It's rather a gamble thing from an unknown seller.
