There is technically not a do follow link since all links may be followed by a search engine. However, the absence of the attribute "rel='nofollow'" in the HTML hyperlink tag could count as a do follow link.

When a web page makes a link, it transfers page rank to the page it's linking to. That's why it makes sense from a web developer's perspective to have many links pointing to your page but few links on your site pointing to other websites.

However, you can still link to other websites and not lose page rank yourself by including the nofollow attribute. See the reference for more details.

The inbound link which don't have "rel='nofollow'" attribute are called Do-follow Link.

Do follow link help to pass link juice ,hence website page rank increase.
