How do you respond to a cheesy pick up line? XD?

A few months a go, I met a guy through a mutual friend. We were talking on Facebook today. He said he was looking for a apartment, so I wished him luck finding an apartment. He responded by saying, "good luck with your modeling career". XD I'm kind of neutral towards the guy. Does anyone have any advice on how I should respond?
