No. You can't transfer money from your paypal account to your moneybookers account.

Only possible solutions or
Some alternatives:
1. Transfer PP to your credit card then use that credit card to deposit funds on your mb
2. Exchange your PP $ with someone's MB $, some one whom you can trust
3. There are some sites where you can sell your pp$ and can receive your mb$
4 You can withdraw funds from your paypal account using bank withdrawal option and then upload that funds to your moneybookers account.

5) A microjob website which accepts both types of payment, deposit into the microjob website, then with into the other e-wallet. Im not sure about if that would be breaking any rules,
