my mom is stalking me on twitter?! please answer i really need help!?

guys, last time I borrowed my mom's phone and logged in to twitter. I returned it to her without logging out my twitter account. I already changed my twitter password and removed the android access to twitter app on my twitter account.. and i don't know if changing the password on twitter let's me log out my account on other devices like facebook? please help me. i don't know if my mom is still reading my tweets and i cant borrow her phone back because we are in a really serious fight right now and im gonna move out tomorrow so how can i disconnect my twitter on her phone? help me

Nothing you can do except getting the phone and logging out.

Since I am only a Facebook user, I can't tell about twitter, in Facebook you have a feature to let you see all logged devices and you can choose to log out from which, check if there is this feature in twitter, if not, then take some friend's device and try the same situation with your mom (login in her device then change password from your device) and see whether it is still logged in your friend's device after changing password.
