Facebook relationship status?

Hi is there a status for being together (my partner and I have been together for 10 years and unmarried)? We're basically in a way, married but without the ceremony, wedding, rings, vows etc of course So I was wondering if that is considered a domestic partnership? I don't understand some of Facebook relationship meanings or what's best suited to our situation?

it's not important that married go with ceremony or something like that, is just that two souls in one body <3

Facebook has added relationship statuses. You can now put that you are either in a civil union or domestic partnership.
