You didn't say which Galaxy. If you want the S4, you may have to wait a year or two to find a used one that cheap. If an S2 works good for you, go to Walmart.com and look at their Walmart Family Plan phones. They list the S2 at $249. It is a good build of the S2, and will come locked to the T-Mobile network. You can use it on T-Mobile or any of their resellers with a couple of minor tweaks. I use mine on Solavei.
