If you could, I think it would be a great idea for you to get a picture that includes a picture of you working with children or something that appropriately depicts your business. The cover photo isn't bad, it's inviting and I wouldn't force you to change it. However, explore your options and see what you can find. It never hurts to try and improve!

Spectacular fan page.

As previously mentioned, I don't see any pics of you spending time with children.

Think people colouring in colour books together, or you swinging a rope for the kids to jump, drawing hopscotch patterns... Also, you and the kids hitting the books together, you using flash cards... See if the parents can't be coaxed into taking pics. Ideally, pics that show your face, with the children focused on you, and not identifiable.

The more interactive that you can show yourself to be, is going to equal your page's success.

To go along with your fan page, consider starting a website about your business.
It can be as simple as a tumblr, or blogspot.

In your website, you can post articles about sitting, or your thoughts about sitting articles that you've read recently. Then link to those articles from your fan page.

Good luck!

Edit:
I'm reading your fan page, and I question whether all the posts left by other pages is helpful.

It's good that you are doing the interactive thing, but do you honestly believe that posts from pages about e-cigs are helpful?

It's important that your posts be relevant to your business.

I don't know what that ladder is, but I'd totally focus on getting posts from my clients, and delete all those unrelated visitor messages..
