Is Nerdfrat a scam? My site was deindexed by them.?
I paid this company 1000's of dollars and my site was deindexed. They said it is not their fault, and that is part of SEO work.

Your not alone (or is this you):
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#...xMHhj8not4 Report of retaliation if you don't pay: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-se...rning.html If you provided a link to your site people could examine the quality of the backlinks that were provided. SEO companies making promises of quick results and high ranking may resort to wholesale backlink generation, perhaps using cheap outsourced services, who in some cases may be using robot software, while a sudden increase of links from other site can cause a short bump in ranking, the footprints the process leaves raises red flags. Google's basic policy: "Any links created for the purposes of search rank manipulation are a violation of Google guidelines" There are means to get back into Google's good graces, unfortunately the process can take month or up to a year. If your site was registered with Google Webmaster tools it would have received an "Unnatural link pattern" warning email before they took action (Wonder if the SEOs saw this) after such a warning one must demonstrate an effort to remove offensive low quality (which can be harder than getting them), spammy links, there is a link disavow form where your say you don't want that link anyway... You may have to settle for the satisfaction of reporting them to the several scam reporting sites. Some would give them a taste of their own medicine and pay backlink spammers to get them links from bad neighborhood sites to damage their search ranking and business. (probably a prosecutable offense) Ads |
