Freemium classifieds and seo?

If I offer a freemium classifieds in my niche and start my title tag off with "Free widget classifieds..." then I should get a higher than normal ctr from people posting free ads.

If I can make it to page 1 using standard link building, will all that extra organic ctr traffic boost my seo to help me rank even higher?

Essentially, I would be trading free ads for a boost in serps. Right?

Your relying on user generated content to raise search ranking, there are tons of forums, etc. with better quality content than adverts, I suspect it's a long haul to get an advertising site to rank organically.
