Ebay suspension help?
I was suspended in the beginning of the year because I wanted to sell my old tablet, but apparently you can't sell "risky items" unless they call you on phone.
Well, the customer support lady couldn't get the questions up and said "sorry, but your account will have to be suspended" now they want a load of info that I'm not sure I can supply...

- A copy of your driver's license or other government-issued photo identification.
{{{I can do that, I have an ID(not a drivers license) but I don't know if there are any sensitive numbers on it I shouldn't be sending.}}}

- A copy of the last 30 days of PayPal transaction history as proof of your PayPal account.
{{{I can do that, though I'll probably only have like 1 or 2 tansactions}}}

- A copy of a recent credit card statement clearly showing the first and last 4 digits of the card number, expiration date, and the billing address.
{{{I don't have a credit card, but I have a debit card, will that work?? }}}

- If the ID and credit card statement don't show the address registered to your eBay account, you'll need to provide specific documentation that does, such as a utility bill or receipt (if the address is for a mail forwarding service).
{{{I'm 19 and live with my parents, I work for my dad, I don't pay any bills and my banking is paperless. IDK what to do about that...}}}

Also, this is 2013, I don't have a fax machine, and they want me to fax it all to them, how am I supposed to do that?

I just want to use my account to buy stuff and I don't want to endanger my family member's accounts. ._.
I put it off for so long becuase I didn't know what to do about it.

Not sure why your tablet was listed as "risky". THey are sold on ebay every day. I'd ask for clarification. Thousands are listed right now. Supply them with what you have and that should work. As for faxing, you don't need a fax machine. Use one of the online fax services that will let you send through the internet. THey'll let you send 5 faxes a day for free.

What you have said in your question sounds suspicious to me. before sending any personal information like that I would verify that your actually talking to someone from ebay. If you got an email from ebay that said your account was suspended with a phone number to call doesn't mean that ebay actually sent the email.

call this number: 866-540-3229 this ebay costumer service. when the recording answer push the # key at the prompt.

That does sound odd to me. I would press for more info about why selling your tablet would put your account on suspension before you do anything else.

I also had a weird suspension of my account and was here on Yahoo earlier today asking about it. What is up with these suspensions??
