Why doesn't my internet work when downloading torrents..?

My internets super fast, don't have any problems with it, etc. But I have BitTorrent for my download for torrents, and whenever somethings downloading i cant access internet anywhere else, like i cant go on any other website, etc. But as soon as its done downloading it works. Anyone know whats causing this and how to fix it? By the way, im not really a computer genius so be specific lol

It may be the bandwidth

Try by lowering the bandwidth priority. Set it to normal or low and it should work.
