How to download .gifs?

Is it possible to download .gif without making it slowmotion?
Guys, I know how to download things from browser. I'm asking how to make it normal speed, because as I download it just by F12 script console, RMB/Save as... etc. then the .gif is slowed down. And no, it's not dependable on the device I am using to open it. It's slowed in Windows photo viewer as it is in nero etc.

just right click on gif and clisck save image.

Yes , i never slows down. Slow down is associated with the device you re using to view gifs.

If it is a link to the GIF image, right-click the link and choose 'save link as' then save.

If it is an image in browser, right-click on the image and click 'save image as' then save.

You might see the GIF image slows down on webpage during saving but once finished, you can see the GIF image in real speed again.
