Twitch Tv used as second screen?
Now that streaming to twitch.tv has been implemented into both next gen consoles, and twitch is available on mobile. If I had godly internet speeds and instantaneous ping, and if I were to go on twitch on my phone, would I be able to use my phone as a second screen or is twitch itself slow no matter what? I'm curious because the other day I was streaming titanfall just to test it and I was watching the stream on my phone and I was moving my character in game and it was doing the same on screen. There was a second delay because I have bad internet and my ping usually ranges from 40 to 1200 (1200 on bad days). But someone like my cousin who has a ping ranging from 19 to 2 will probably be able to. Let me know if it works with manageable delay because I can't test it with mine.

So. This is possible, but you will always have lag. Let's pretend that you have the world's fastest internet connection, so that isn't a problem. First, your console has to deal with outputting the video and audio, which will cause a slight amount of lag. Then, when Twitch receives it, it has to process the feed and send it to anyone watching. Then your phone has to figure out what to do with the data it's receiving, which will cause a bit more lag. So there always will be a little bit of a delay, but if you had insane internet speeds, there wouldn't be much of one.
