i wanna take a photo off my phone but then use an app to filter it to make it look as if i took it off a webcam on a laptop.. i like that effect so do u know any apps thatll let me do that? & also any really good filtering apps other than vsco? thanks

That's easy. Actually a webcam's photo is not good as a phone

except the effects, you can goto settings to save your photos as low quailty, so that will make it.
