how do i stop getting all the postings from my facebook page from overloading my email?

every posting on my facebook page shows up in my email so i get overloaded in my email i just want to block anything from facebook from getting to my yahoo email account

I'm think you just go to settings on your fb and ( I don't know the exact words) but tell it to stop sending you notices

Click the arrow next to the home tab .Account settings > Notification and look through the options

check the email frequency box.

and allow and change whatever you want

In every email they give you the small link at the bottom to stop the messages if you are not getting it ..you can goto your fb settings and their you go to Notification and uncheck on email frequency
