Certainly you want ot do a web search of the name, a quick look found this one report:

Saying they received a 7 leg spider through the broker who acts as a drop shipper, not actually doing the shipping themselves.

The site has been around for a couple of years, if lacks some of the professional business credentials, like a business address or phone number on the contact us page, it uses a paid proxy to conceal the real web site owner address, that fax# might indicate a location.

The site opened June, 2011. It is located in Sacramento, CA. The biggest complaint about the site is that your reptile will arrive from Florida. Which means that he is not selling you his reptile.
