Why can't I go to chat.wikileaks.org?

I am trying to go to chat.wikileaks.org from the link on the Wikileaks page. However, when I click on the link, I get a server error saying that the server for chat.wikileaks.org cannot be found.

This confuses me because the website specifically says you can click on the link to safely chat. What's the deal? Does anyone know how to access chat? I'm using the Opera browser by the way (if that even matters).

Probably it's having some server problem or you're banned from it.
