About my karbonn s5 titanium?

I have karbonn s5 titanium android cell phone(jellybean 4.1) and regular desktop computer. My cell phone has data cable. I cannot afford 3g internet packs of any company even reliance because i download lot of stuff. But I have internet connection on my computer(not on laptop). So I want to ask,
can I download apps or games from desktop internet and then send it to my android cell phone. Is it possible. And if it is possible then how to do. Please help I want to download lots of apps and games. One more thing I don't have wifi to my computer or modem so don't tell me that. I am asking that, only connecting my mobile to computer by data cable and then downloading apps from computer internet and then sending it to my mobile.

Why don't you get 2G data pack on your phone?
Airtel works fine even on 2G network.
