My girlfriends to busy to see me please help need advice what should i do?

i am in a relationship with this girl and she is in the last year of high school and i know its a busy year but she seems to busy. In the last four months we have seen each other four times and two of those times in the same month. I know shes not cheating i trust her and shes proved i can trust her but school holidays are coming up which is two weeks of holidays and apparently we will only be able to see each other once. Also that's not certain cause she has a lot of holiday homework. Also if we do meet its on her terms she names the day if i don't see her that day i basically have to wait another month to see her again i just want some advice on what i can do please? we also skype and talk on Facebook every night

If you Skype and Facebook every night its enough! She has to make her education a priority over you or friends. She's doing the right thing. Plan a holiday for when she's finished x
