i have a file format of .html i know web deigning very well. OK, come to the point i have a file format of .html i want to make it a webpage or a web link what should i do for it? is it done online free..? it's urgent help me

I don't think you can say you know html very well if you do not know how to get a web page online.

You need to register a domain and get a webhost that will get your files online.
