Should I even consider a windows phone?

Well i loved android from the moment I laid eyes on it and I hate apple so don't even mention it! But i want to try something different and if i switch to windows phone then I cant switch back for two years. HEre are the things i want please tell me if windows fits my needs.

-plays music
-loads of apps
-navigation
-google
-easy to use
-moving wallpapers
-facebook/twitter/vine/instagram
-games
-calling
-texting
-gmail
-change font styles
- cool animations
-waterproof
-sophisticated
-widgets

Based on these things that I like is a windows phone good for me? or should I stick with android? I am planning on getting Samsung Galaxy Mega but I am open to any windows phone suggestion. Remember the only thing i know about windows phone is nothing!!!! LOL thanks
