Just create page on Facebook ( like: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Webinfosy...0930655004 ) and other social networking websites. Facebook provide both free and payment service. Include API of social networking websites. Submit your website details in free web directory. Link exchange with popular websites. Deal with query exchange with another agencies. Include Google ads. Send large number of emails for your offers.

You can use facebook advertisement that will give you good traffic. else try google adword.
If you don't want to invest money then wait for few months and write some good content. I also have two religious websites.
