Tumblr- tag all your photos with appropriate tags.
Flickr - same as above, join groups, submit to groups.
Instagram- tag all your photos (as annoying as that is, it works)
Facebook- make a page, ask your friends and family to like
Web/portfolio- create a portfolio on free websites

Since there are already thousands of superb photographers out there, why not go in the opposite direction and take the worst photos possible and get your photography noticed as the world's worst. You could start a whole new trend!
