Can you help me out on eBay?
Okay so this lady says that she didn't receive her shoes and I checked and it says they are DELIVERED this is what I wrote to her.

I checked as well and it said it was delivered on May 23, 2013. First I recommend you to go to USPS because they usually know where everything is at especially if you have the tracking number. But if they say it was delivered as well this may be 2 things either you might have accidentally put the wrong address or someone might have stole them, hopefully now.

Looks like you can't do anything . She needs to go down to UPS or check with neighbors .
