I really hope ebay can somehow find this, I sold something that is listed "AS-IS" on the title even and in the description, buyer files a dispute and they force a refund, I am sorry but this does not seem fair, I don't go to the clearance rack in the store and just return it because I know the store would not allow that, why does ebay allow it, simply because it is not eBay's money and they still get the sellers fee from the sale, if ebay didn't get a sellers fee from it they would not give a refund. ebay is garbage go to amazon people.

eBay is very great e-commerce site. And i am having very good experience with it. First try to communicate eBay . they will solve your problem. and for your kind information eBay never think about money. it only think about to create safe trading environment.

NO, ebay is doing their job.............protecting the buyers.......................... Many new sellers are attempting to sell broken phone by selling them "as is" rather than listing them as broken. There is a huge difference between "used" ans "as-is" vs "broken" & not working. I am unsure if you are one of those sellers or not.

Selling not working / broken phones with a disclaimer of "as-is" is just deceitful & lame.
