Disavow Links using Google Webmaster but keep one thing in mind it will also remove the genuine back links.

To ignore all Bad link's for the website is not one night job, you have to identify all the links which are passing the page rank with un-neutral linking methods. Go to your Google webmaster account, find out all latest back links from Google webmaster and do the manual analysis of all links. Although there are many parameters to identify the bad links but few of them are given bellow.

Low PR website with no index pages
website dose not have Index pages
website selling backlinks
websites acting as link firms
Remove links from those websites who has "seo, cheap backlinks, free backlinks and so on " such kind of website normally haves the spam content
website who's home page is not index
directory links
Website who has in the title "easy dofollow links"
forum links with unrelated category
blog comments with less related category
and so on....These are few parameters which may help you to identify the bad links.

Most of the People don't create the bad backlinks, but sometime the market rival and competitors execute the such kind of activities. These links can be worse for your site or business credibility.

There are many online service providers who can provide you the Complete SEO audit like online marketing solutions @ http://xpertsol.net/

When the SEO auditing process identifies the bad links, those links can be removed through Google webmaster tools service "disavow" tool with a process@ https://support.google.com/webmasters/an...8487?hl=en

And same as from Bing webmaster tools @ http://www.bing.com/webmaster/help/how-t...-0c56a26f.
