Will 1GB be enough on an adroid phone?

it will but the trick is, you see, that later on you will discover a lot more amazing apps, and you will regret not having enough space for them. you may be satisfied with that for a while, but after some time you'll start getting pissed. I suggest you get at least 4 GB.

U asked for the internal or SD card ?
If its internal then its ok , but SD card of 1GB won't be enough. It will do if you don't store any pictures, videos or songs etc !!!

if all you plan on doing is candy crush, instagram, snapchat, then sure! However, if you plan on doing any else other than these listed 3 apps, you better have home WIFI or get a higher data plan! Iphones and androids eat data like a kid in Willa Wonka’s Chocolate factory. Avoid ALLL streaming media apps, such as Spotify, Pandora, Iheart, Youtube, Hulu, online multiplayer gaming, other video or movie sites/apps, internet radio apps, internet music apps
