I don't know if she just broke up with me?

So i was dating this girl for a little over a week. We held hands, kissed, danced and made out . Everything seemed pretty good up until we talked to each other less the past two days. She said that it was due to her exams and work that she doesn't want to pursue a relationship right at this time, so she said she wanted to pause the relationship. She has been quite busy recently with her work but i don't know if she is breaking up with me? I then asked her if we could pick up the relationship after her exams and she said 'we'll see'. I mean we have been talking a lot recently and she does seem quite distracted by things like skype and facebook. I just don't know if we'll start dating again after her exams.

I really can't wait for an answer I just want your opinion is she breaking up with me for good??? Or is this just a temporary thing?

Please I really need some advice i'll go crazy without clarification.

How much do you like her? If you like her enough to wait until after exams, then do it and see what happens.

That said, taking a break after only a week of dating... yeah, that's really not a good sign. I also agree with the other answerer that, in most cases, any "breaks" in a relationship aren't a good sign.

But it does sound like she's wanting to end it - or thinking about it, anyway.
