Why does FriendCaster Chat want to post on my Facebook?

Well, I recently got that Facebook app "FriendCaster Chat" for my Nook, and when I opened it up to login, it asked me to accept the terms and conditions or something blah blah blah... And on there it said something along the lines of "Allow FriendCaster Chat to post on Facebook as you."

Now, I'm not sure whether or not I want to do this. What does it mean exactly? Like, just advertise? Or is it going to give me and other people a virus? I dunno.

Help me out?

No it's not gonna give you a virus. It just means it's gonna be able to access your info that you've already put up on Facebook and that it wants to post to your wall (advertise)
