Can't open https websites with chrome?

Can't open https websites with chrome?
since 2 days ago i can't open ssl(https) websites with Google Chrome browser, i can open https with firefox and internet explorer but i can't open https in chrome.

only in windows safe mode with networking i can open https sites with chrome but in normal mode can't

what should i do to open https site like before with chrome browser?

Reinstall it or download Chrome again from the Google website.
That should fix the problem.
