My Surface 2 deleted my internet explorer?

I'm not really sure what happened. I just logged on and there was an empty block of space where it used to be and it's not on the desktop version either. I can't find it in the apps at all, it's really frustrating. I also checked the app store and they didn't have it there, and you can't download any new programs onto the computer, so I'm stuck on how to get internet back on my computer. Please help if you can ASAP!!

Go to your C Drive click c drive and then Right click Program Files and click Open and then Right Click Internet Explorer and click Open and find iexplore [application] and Right Click it and click Pin On Start and then it will show up under Search on your Charm Bar.

hold windows key down and press the letter r. It will bring up a box that says run at the top

type "iexplore.exe" (without the quotes) and hit ok

once internet explorer is open, right click on the bottom bar and click pin to task bar
