Adds pop-up when I put my mouse over a link?

If I put the cursor over any link a small window will pop-up just under the cursor. If I click it it sends me to some who-know-what site (it's always a different site). It's very annoying, considering that I always fast-click the link and I forget about the popup which then redirects me. How can I remove this add-on or whatever it is?
